LORRAINE FORBES
AD/HD COACH

Lorraine trained as a radiographer and, more recently, has been joint owner, with her husband, of a communications company.

She has two daughters in their mid-twenties and her family has AD/HD in its midst so Lorraine can testify to the day-to-day challenges! This, in fact, led her to train and develop a career as an AD/HD Coach.

Lorraine has undertaken the following professional development:
Certificate in AD/HD Coaching
(REACH Coaching)

Master Practitioner of NLP
(Paul McKenna Training)

Diploma in Business Performance Coaching
(Newcastle College)

Professional Stress Consultant
(British School of Yoga)

Lorraine works on an individual basis with adults and teenagers who have AD/HD, and parents of children with the condition.
Bespoke training, presentations and workshops on AD/HD are also available.

As a member of the Institute for the Advancement of AD/HD Coaching, I abide by their Code of Ethics. www.adhdcoachinstitute.org
